Privacy Policy

Effective October 31, 2026. A plain-language summary of what this site collects and what we do with it.

Who we are

D3 IT Solutions Inc is an independent practice run by JD Savage, based in Texas. This policy covers d3itsolutions.net. Onsite IT is in Fort Worth and the surrounding area.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and the message you write.
Website snapshot: if you run a check, we fetch the homepage address you enter, look at its security certificate and a few links on that page, and show the result on the page. We don't store the page we fetched. If you ask for a follow-up, we save your name, email, that website address, and a short summary of the result with your other inquiries.
Chat assistant: the messages you type in the chat. If you share your name and email in the chat, we save them along with a summary of the conversation so we can follow up.
Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site, keep it secure, and limit abuse.
Visitor analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies. It counts page views and a few anonymous actions (such as a contact form being sent or a phone link being tapped) so we can see what's working. It doesn't record your name, email, phone number, or what you type. Each blog article also keeps a view total: the article address and a count, nothing that identifies you. A cookie in your browser remembers that you already opened that article, so the same browser is counted once every 24 hours. It isn't shared, and it isn't used for advertising.

We do not use advertising trackers. The only cookie this site sets is the 24-hour blog view check described above. We don't ask for payment or sensitive personal information through the site.

How we use it

We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a project you asked about, and keep the site working and secure.

Service providers

We rely on a few providers to run the site and handle inquiries:

Vercel — hosts the website and provides cookie-free visitor analytics.
Supabase — stores contact form submissions, chat leads, and blog view totals.
Resend — sends us an email notification when a new inquiry arrives.
xAI — processes chat messages to generate the assistant's replies.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from D3 IT Solutions Inc, we use it only to reply to you and send messages about your inquiry or the service you asked about.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone, except with the service providers that deliver our messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, we'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or call (817) 797-2866.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Call (817) 797-2866 or send a request through the contact page, and we'll respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
